Dr. Kristen's Chiro Lab treats the body like the mechanical system it is — finding restrictions, getting movement back into those segments, and tracking down the root cause of what's actually going on. For athletes, lifters, and anyone done living with pain.
Every plan starts with an assessment of how you actually move — not a generic protocol. Here's the full menu, and what each visit runs.
A focused evaluation of your chief complaint and related areas, including a detailed health history.
A complimentary 10–15 minute phone consult to see if chiropractic care is the right fit for you.
The established-patient adjustment, covering spinal and extremity adjustment only.
A chiropractic adjustment to address joint restrictions, combined with dry needling for tight muscle tissue.
A thin, sterile filament needle targets myofascial trigger points to relieve tension and restore function.
Manual and instrument-assisted techniques — cupping, IASTM/Graston, ART, and dry needling — combined in one session.
Manual and instrument-assisted work to address muscle tension, trigger points, and fascial restriction.
A therapeutic tape application that supports muscles, joints, and soft tissue while preserving full range of motion.
A gentle, focused chiropractic assessment tailored to your child's age and stage of development.
For established pediatric patients — a gentle, low-force adjustment designed for infants, children, and adolescents.
A straightforward, four-visit sequence to get from first assessment to a plan that actually holds.
We go through your history, movement patterns, and pain points, then run a full postural and mobility assessment.
You get a plain-language explanation of what's actually going on — no jargon, no guesswork — and what fixing it will take.
Hands-on correction, tailored to what your assessment showed, delivered at a pace your body can adapt to.
A follow-up schedule and home routine built to keep you out of the cycle of re-injury.
